Weingut Beyer, Austria
Weingut Beyer is a family owned winery located in Röschitz, the western part of Austria's renowned Weinviertel wine region. The estate is managed by Matthias Beyer, with his family having run the vineyard for generations. The winery produces a range of classic Austrian wines with Grüner Veltliner at its core, alongside other regional varieties. Their wines are known for their freshness, purity, vibrant fruit character and distinctive minerality. 

Situated on the rolling hills of Weinviertel, the winery benefits from a combination of loess, granite and limestone soils. Focusing on sustainable viticulture and meticulous hand crafted vineyard management the estate produces elegant wines.

Foss Marai, Italy
 Foss Marai is a renowned winery located in Guia di Valdobbiadene, the heart of Prosecco in the picturesque Veneto region of Italy, celebrated for its exceptional Prosecco and sparkling wines. Nestled amidst lush vineyards, the estate combines traditional winemaking techniques with modern innovations, producing wines that reflect the unique terroir of the area. Visitors can enjoy guided tours, tastings, and a glimpse into the art of winemaking, making it a perfect destination for wine enthusiasts. Tenuta Morciano, Italy
Tenuta Morciano is a charming estate nestled in the picturesque region of Umbria in Italy. Owned by Alan and Rafaela, Alan's background in Geology played a key role in identifying the unique terroir that now defines the winery. The estate produces a range of wines including one of the regions flagship grape varieties, Grechetto. 

Sustainable practices combined with modern winemaking techniques allow Tenuta Morciano to achieve elegance in all their wines. A must visit in one of Italy's most prestigious winemaking regions.

Cantina Chitarra, Sicily.
Cantina Chitarra is a historic Sicilian winery, founded in 1907 and located between Marsala, Mazara del Vallo, Salemia and Trapani in one of the islands most important wine growing regions. Now part of a cooperative with vineyards spanning 600 hectares the estate works extensively with indigenous Sicilian varieties including Grillo and Nero D'Avola, amongst many others. The estate offers wine tourism, allowing visitors to explore the vineyards, olives groves and winery while discovering the food, culture, and landscapes of western Sicily.

Vinhos Desviso, Portugal
Vinhos Desviso is a small, family owned winery located in Carvahal-Bombarral in Portugal's Lisbon wine region. Founded by Scott and Marta, the estate focuses on minimal-intervention winemaking, aiming to express the character of their vineyards with as little as manipulation as possible. Their first commercial harvest was in 2022. The winery produces a range of red and white wines from both indigenous and international grape varieties. As for the name, "Desviso" is a permanent reminder to Scott that his pronunciation of the Portuguese language isnt always the best. Desvio or detour in English was the word he was looking for.

Finca Collado, Spain
Finca Collado, founded in 2003 in Salinas, Alicante, the estate sits between the valleys of Salinas and Villena where the vineyards are planted on mineral-rich limestone and marl soils in a challenging mediterranean-to-semi arid climate. The winery is known for combining traditional viticulture with modern winemaking techniques, producing wines that reflect the unique character of the Alicante region. Their portfolio includes grapes such as Monastrell, Merseguera and Moscatel, alongside Chardonnay and Garnacha. Most notably they have one of the last remaining Bobal vineyards in Alicante.

Temet, Serbia

Temet is one of Serbia's most highly regarded modern wineries, located in Lozovik near Jagodina in the heart of the Tri Morave wine region. Founded by Nebojša Aleksić, the winery was built with a philosophy of combining traditional Serbian viticulture with modern quality-focused winemaking. The name "Temet" originates from the Roman times and translates roughly as "strong, powerful wine".

The estate cultivates approximately 38 hectares of vineyards growing both indigenous and international grape varietes, most noteworthy are the local varieties of Prokupac, Morava and Tamjanika.

Since 2018 the vineyards have been managed using organic methods. Temet is a true leading ambassador for Serbian wines.

Stork, Armenia
Stork Wines is a boutique Armenian winery based in the Ararat Valley, one of the country's most historic wine-growing regions. Founded by Karen Tsharakyan, the winery focuses on producing terroir-driven wines from indigenous Armenian grape varieties, particularly Kangoun, while embracing sustainable and low-intervention winemaking practices.

Storks first commercial vintage was in 2021 and has gained recognition in Armenia and internationally. The winery takes its name from the Storks that nest and migrate across the Ararat Valley.

Ktima Pavlidis, Greece
Ktima Pavlidis is one of Greece's leading modern wineries, located in Kokkinogia, Drama, in the renowned wine-growing region of Northern Greece. Founded in 1998 by Christoforos Pavlidis, the estate was established with the goal of producing premium wines that express the unique terroir of Drama. 

The estates privately owned vineyards are planted across Kokkinogia and Perichora at elevations between 400-700 metres, on limestone, marl and red clay soils. Most recognised for their Thema range and wines produced from local varieties such as Assyrtiko and Agiorgitiko.

Bodega Weinert, Argentina
Bodega y Cavas de Weinert is one of Argentina's most historic and respected wineries, located in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, at the foothills of the Andes Mountains. The winery was founded in 1975 by Bernado C. Weinert, a Brazilian entrepreneur who restored the grand 19th century winery and partnered with legendary Argentinian winemaker Raúl de la Mota, often regarded as one of the fathers of modern Argentinian winemaking.

Under the guidance of Swiss winemaker Hubert Weber, Weinert has maintained a reputation for producing classic, age-worthy wines that have gained international acclaim and Weinert is considered the benchmark for Argentinian winemaking.

BraccoBosca, Uruguay
BraccoBosca is a family owned winery located in Atlántida, Canelones, just a few kilometres from the Atlantic coast. Founded 2005 and with roots tracing back to Piedmont, Italy, the family now has five generations of winemaking heritage. The winery produces 100% certified sustainable premium wines from varieties including Tannat, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Moscatel and Syrah. Under the tutelage of Fabiana Bracco, the winery has now gained international recognition for its distinctive wines and innovative spirit. With a strong wine tourism offering, boutique lodges and food experiences BraccoBosca is widely regarded as one of Uruguay's must visit estates.

Simma Vineyard, Chile
Simma Vineyard is based in Chile's historic Maule Valley, one of the country's oldest and most important wine-producing regions. Located near Villa Alegre, the winery draws on the Valleys mediterranean climate, volcanic soils and significant day-night temperature variation. 
Producing a range of wines from Camenère, Merlot, Syrah, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, their wines express true Chilean winemaking heritage combined with modern techniques giving them a growing international presence.

Meneghetti, Croatia
Meneghetti is one of Croatia's most prestigious wine estates, located near Bale in Astir, a region often described as the "Tuscany of Croatia" for its rolling vineyards, olive groves and rich gastronomic heritage. The estate traces back to the 19th century, restored in the early 2000s into a world class winery and luxury wine estate.

Producing a range of wines from indigenous and international varieties, particular attention is given to Malvasia Istarska, Istrias flagship white grape. Earning international recognition, Meneghetti is a true ambassador for Croatian wines. Renowned hospitality and a boutique Châteaux hotel set amongst the vineyards, it is a must visit for any wine tourist.
