WhataHoot Distillery

 

Founded by Jason & Nicky Crown in 2018, WhataHoot began as a small scale passion project but quickly grew into one of Norfolk's most distinctive artisan spirits producers, their Signature Dry Gin incorporates Norfolk lavender and samphire, capturing the character of the county. Notably, the distillery has produced spirits for the Sandringham Estate, using botanicals grown on the royal estate itself.

Offering tours, gin-making experiences and cocktail masterclasses, the company has built a strong reputation for combining premium quality spirits with a welcoming family run atmosphere. Growing beyond its deep Norfolk heritage, WhataHoot can now boast an international presence in Scandinavia thanks to a collaboration with our team at BAR, with further markets to be announced in the future.

Burn Valley Vineyard
Founded in 2016 by the Robinson family and just a few miles from the picturesque North Norfolk coastline, Burn Valley's 12 acre vineyard produces a diverse variety of high quality award winning wines thanks to Head Winemaker Mathew Abbey, with over a decade of winemaking experience in New Zealand, Mathew continues to grow Burn Valleys reputation by crafting elegant and expressive wines. Led by Laura Robinson, Burn Valley now has significant national presence.

In 2026 Burn Valley expanded into the international markets working closely with our team, with their wines now present in Mexico and with further markets to be announced.
