Weingut Beyer

Riesling 2024

A classic Austrian style Riesling, pale straw yellow appearance with green highlights. Cherry blossom, lime zest, white peach an apricot on the nose.

For the palate, a dry, bright and refreshing acidity, stone fruits, clean and crisp finish.

Pairs excellently with oysters, shellfish, sushi, asian infused dishes, pork loin with apple, salmon, dover sole, sea bass and goats cheese.

Weingut Beyer

Gruner Veltliner Klassik 2024

A vibrant and youthful, classic Austrian wine, fresh green apple, citrus zest and subtle white pepper spice aromas. Crisp acidity with classic Gruner peppery taste and a clean mineral finish.

Pairs well with prawns, crab, lobster, roast chicken, pork with herbs, Thai cuisine, vegetable and asparagus dishes. 

Selected as one of Austria's best wines in the "Fresh White Wine" category at the SALON Österreich Wein competition. One of Austria's most respected wine competitions.

Foss Marai

Cuvee Spumante Brut 2025 is a special blend from sauvignon blanc and native white varieties, pale straw yellow appearance with delicate brioche and toasted notes combined with citrus fruits, wildflowers and a dry, creamy, ripe orchard fruit and fine mineral characteristics. 

Decanter Wine Awards, International Wine & Spirits Competition (IWSC) and James Suckling.

 

Spumante Roös Brut 2025 is a vibrant blend of Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Sagratino and Cabernet Sauvignon, giving it a wonderful rose-petal pink appearance. Delicate wild strawberries, blueberry and peony flowers nose combined with elegant creamy texture, fresh red berry fruit and a long lingering finish. Amongst the top 7% of wines in the world according to Vivino.

Strada di Guia 109 Valdobbiadene Superior Extra Dry is the flagship Prosecco from Foss Marai, acacia, wisteria and citrus zest on the nose, complimented by fresh and harmonious ripe apple, pear fruit, ​gentle citrus notes and a delicate mineral finish. Received recognition at the IWSC awards.​​

Tenuta Morciano

Montemarte Sauvignon Blanc 2022, aged for 12 months in 2500 litre French oak barrels, grapefruit, citrus peel, green apple and fresh herbs on the nose. A dry and refreshing crisp acidity, green apple and citrus fruit, elegant herbal notes with a long persistent finish. Pairs well with seafood, shellfish, burrata, mediterranean salads and goats cheese.

Arena Grechetto 2022, Umbria's flagship grape variety, the bouquet is fresh and expressive with ripe orchard and stone fruit character. Dry and refreshing, medium bodied with peach and apricot flavours, citrus notes and classic almond finish. Pair with sea bass, seafood risotto, pecorino cheese, mediterranean vegetable dishes and roast chicken.

Il Carrettiere Viognier 2022, slow fermentation in oak followed by 12 months in French oak barrels gives elegance and balance combined with richness. Delicate floral notes, peach and tropical fruits, full bodied and rounded with rich texture and a long smooth and creamy finish. Pair with creamy pasta dishes, lobster, crap and scallops, mild curries and soft cheese, would work with meaty fish and roast chicken.

Cantina Chitarra

Suluq Grillo 2024, the flagship variety from Sicily, fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness, aromatic purity and the Mediterranean character of the grill grape. Straw yellow with golden reflections, delicate floral aromas, white peach and pear. Dry and refreshing, crisp acidity, white fruit flavours, good persistence and clean savoury finish,. Pair with swordfish, prawns, fresh cheeses, mediterranean salads, mussels and clams.

Vinhos Desviso 

Fernao Pires 2023, the flagship white grape variety and one of the standouts from Vinhos Desviso. 100% Fernao Pires, stainless steel fermentation followed by 7 months in French oak barrels. 

Bright straw yellow with golden highlights, jasmine blossom, citrus fruits, melon and apricot on the nose. Medium bodied, fresh and vibrant, citrus and stone fruits combined with a gentle creaminess with crisp and excellently balanced finish.

Pair with grilled sea bass, dover sole, prawns and shellfish, goats cheese, asian cuisine and light curries.

​Selected for presentation at ProWein, one of the world's largest wine trade shows. 

Gouveio 2023, one of the most limited wines available, only 1712 produced in this vintage. Fermented on native yeasts, 69% of wine matured in French oak, the remaining 31% in stainless steel tank, the wine is unfined and unfiltered. 

Nose of lemon zest, grapefruit, white peach, melon with toasted oak notes. Medium bodied with fresh citrus and orchard fruits, mineral backbone, a light creamy texture and long, focused finish. 

Works well with sea bass, seafood risotto, creamy pasta dishes, mediterranean cuisine, manchego cheese and burrata. 

Also selected for presentation at ProWein.

Finca Collado

Chardonnay & Moscatell 2024, combining the richness and structure of chardonnay with the aromatic intensity of Moscatell, Finca Collado achieve this with elegance and wonderful balance.

Bright yellow with golden reflections, white peach, apricot, orange blossom and citrus zest mixed with tropical fruits. 

Dry style, medium bodied, fresh acidity and a silky texture combined with peach, apricot, citrus and tropical fruits, a long and elegant finish. 

Excellent with grilled prawns, sea bass, lobster, seafood paella, Thai cuisine and mild curries, goats cheese, manchego, sushi and sashimi.

Temet

Tri Morave Belo Penusavo Sparkling 2022, produced from the native grape variety Tamjanika, produced using the traditional champagne method, a pale straw yellow appearance, fine persistent mousse.

Elderflower, honey candy, white flowers and citrus blossom on the nose.

 

Extra Brut style, crisp and refreshing, green apple, citrus peel, fine creamy mousse and a long, vibrant finish. 

Pair with oysters, fish seafood, smoked salmon, soft cheeses, tempura prawns and sushi.

Stork
Kangoun 2023, an elegant white wine crafted from Armenia's indigenous Kangoun grape. Aromas of citrus blossom, green apple and pear lead to a crisp, refrshing palate with vibrant acidity, subtle mineral notes and a clean, lingering finish. Produced from hand-harvested grapes in the Ararat Valley, this award-winning wine offers a distinctive introduction to one of the world's oldest winemaking cultures.

Areni Montepulciano 2023, a fascinating blend that brings together Armenia's flagship grape, Areni, with Italy's deeply coloured Montepulciano. Only 4 months of barrel aging, youthful and vibrant, pair with charcuterie, tapas, pastas with tomato sauce, grilled fish or hard cheeses.

Ktima Pavlidis

Emphasis Assyrtiko 2024, a vibrant and mineral-driven Greek white wine crafted from 100% Assyrtiko. Aromas of zest, grapefruit and white peach are complemented by subtle floral notes and distinctive flinty minerality. Crisp, structured and beautifully balanced, the palate delivers exceptional freshness, and a long, saline finish. A world class expression of Greece's most prestigious white grape variety.

​Thema Rose 2025, produced from 100% Tempranillo, the wine combines vibrant fruit, freshness and a distinctively mediterranean character. Bright rose pink colour, violet highlights, brilliant and vibrant in the glass, elegant, offering fresh red fruit alongside subtle floral notes, rounded texture.

 

Emphasis Agiorgitiko 2022, a sophisticated single vineyard Agiorgitiko from Northern Greece. Aromas of blackberry, cherry and blueberry are complemented by notes of sweet spice and black pepper. Rich yet elegant, the palate offers silky tannins, vibrant freshness and a long, harmonious finish. Works wonderfully with beef wellington, moussaka, grilled steaks, mediterranean cuisine or wild mushroom dishes.

  • Bronze Medal - IWSC 2025, also earned recognition from Decanter World Wine Awards and Mundus Vini.

Bodega Weinert

Chardonnay 2025 from Bodega y Cavas de Weinert is a classic Mendoza Chardonnay sourced from mature vineyards in Lujan de Cuyo. The wine is fermented with contact on acacia wood, which contributes texture and complexity while preserving freshness and varietal purity

White flowers, pear, citrus fruits, pineapple, subtle tropical notes and gentle creamy nuances. Medium bodied, fresh and zesty, crisp acidity with a creamy texture and blanched finish.

Works well with cured salmon, grilled prawns, lobster, creamy pasta dishes, seafood risotto and roast chicken.

Corte Tinto 2022 is a blend of Malbec (40%), Cabernet Sauvignon (35%) and Merlot (35%) and one of Weinert's signature blends, aged for 18-24 months in large French oak, a hallmark of Weinert's traditional style. Deep ruby red with violet highlights, ripe black cherry, blackberry, cassis, plum, thyme, tobacco leaf with subtle cedar spice. Medium to full bodied, smooth round tannins, fresh acidity and a long harmonious finish. Pair with steak, beef wellington, roast lamb, aged cheddar, charcuterie and barbecue dishes.

Charrua Albarino & Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is a vibrant coastal white from Uruguay's Atlantida region, located just a few miles from the Atlantic Ocean. Produced by the boutique family-owned BraccoBosca winery, the wine reflects the cooling maritime influence that gives it exceptional freshness and aromatic intensity. BraccoBosca is a 100% certified sustainable producer focused on small-batch, premium wines.

Pale straw yellow in appearance with green highlights, bright and crystalline, the nose has hints of lime and lemon zest, white peach, passionfruit, elderflower and fresh cut grass with subtle saline mineral notes.

The palate is dry, light to medium bodied, crisp and refreshing acidity. Hints of citrus and tropical fruit flavours, white peach, green apple with a mineral backbone. Long, clean finish with a hint of sea spray.

Pair with oysters, grilled prawns, crab and lobster, sea bass, ceviche and mediterranean salads.
